In This Role, You Will:

• Lead 100+ FTEs in a high-volume 35+ bed Emergency Department

• Manage operations, flow, and staff development

• Partner with ANMs and Educators to deliver top-tier patient care

• Guide a department with excellent outcomes and strong team engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• BSN required

• 5+ years RN ER experience; 2+ years in acute care hospital based ED leadership

• RN license (or compact eligible)
  
  

Compensation:

• Up to $155K base salary (dependent on experience)

• $10K relocation assistance

• Annual performance bonus
