About the Department and Role:

• Position will manage a 15 bed ED with over 20k annual visits and a team of 25+ FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and an Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Manager (RN)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 1+ years of ER leadership experience required (Charge Nurse level and above will be considered)
• Visible and dynamic leader who will help ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Able to form positive relationships across all levels
