Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Experienced Embroidery Technician in Summerville.

We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Technician to join our production team. This role requires hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machines, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Embroidery Technician includes:

  • Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines (such as Tajima, Barudan, or similar)

  • Set up jobs including hooping, threading, color changes, and machine adjustments

  • Read and follow work orders, designs, and specifications

  • Ensure proper thread tension, alignment, and stitch quality

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control

  • Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals

  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Job Requirements of a Embroidery Technician:

  • 2+ years of embroidery machine experience (commercial/industrial preferred)

  • Experience with multi-head machines and high-volume production

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Experience with digitizing software (Wilcom, Pulse, etc.)

  • Knowledge of different fabrics, stabilizers, and backing materials

  • Experience with logo placement and custom designs

  • Background in textile or apparel production
