About the Role

Be part of a collaborative team developing safety-critical embedded software for advanced aerospace products. You’ll design, build, and debug low-level systems while working closely with hardware and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop low-level embedded C software (microcontrollers, drivers, hardware interfaces)
  • Design, integrate, and test safety-critical applications
  • Translate system requirements into technical specifications
  • Perform system verification using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters)
  • Create and maintain design documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and standards
  • Utilize version control & configuration management best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Science (EE, CE, CS, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong experience in embedded C development
  • Experience with hardware-level interaction and debugging
  • Familiarity with version control & configuration management systems
  • Hands-on lab testing & system verification experience

Preferred Skills

  • Bare-metal programming
  • Embedded software verification (C / Assembly)
  • Experience with DO-178B/C and SOI audits
  • Familiarity with SCADE, AccuRev, DOORS
