Electronics Test Engineer

Experience we are looking for:

• Extensive electronics experience
• Writing code to automate test routines of electronic assemblies.
• Data Acquisition, serial and/or other communication programming skills.
• Familiarity with bench top electronic test equipment.
• Object-Oriented programming skills in a text-based language, C++, C#.
• Review schematics to ensure that the electrical circuits are accessible and testable.

Preferred Experience:

• CANopen
• TCP/IP
• Source code version control
• SQL and basic database management
• Statistical data analysis

Position Summary

The Electronics Test Engineer will develop and implement functional test programs to validate and verify hardware, software, and system designs of custom and OTS hardware. Design, develop and implement test software to automate testing. Develop code, work with Analog and Digital Design Engineers, Sales, Product Management and Production to develop routines that fully evaluate 250 W – 300 kW digital products requiring testing of network interfaces including CAN, EtherCat and RS-485. Support manufacturing test of analog and embedded devices. Design, implement, and develop code for test fixtures of power electronics.

Pay Range: $95,000 to $120,000 annual salary.
