Manage and grow a West Coast territory selling a broad portfolio of electron microscopy (EM) consumables, tools, and workflow products. This is a consultative, relationship-focused technical sales role calling on EM core facilities, academic labs, government research groups, semiconductor labs, and materials/applied science labs.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage territory sales, visits, and customer relationships.

  • Meet with EM users to understand workflows and recommend consumables/tools.

  • Identify gaps in sample prep workflows (grids, resins, cryo-prep, knives, accessories).

  • Attend conferences and microscopy events.

  • Build and execute a territory plan; forecast and manage pipeline.

What You Need

  • Hands-on EM experience (sample prep, core facility, materials characterization, research lab).

  • Solid understanding of EM workflows and consumables.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging technical users.

  • Ability to travel up to 70%.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience (not required).

  • Experience supporting or training others in EM workflows.
