Electro-Mechanical Technician - Salem/Nashua, NH

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a mechanical aptitude and experience in MEP to join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Technician. Located in the dynamic areas of Salem and Nashua, NH, this role involves hands-on technical tasks including repairing, troubleshooting, and providing pivotal support for our variety of technical products. The position offers flexible working hours, making it perfect for someone who might be retired but isn't ready to step back completely. We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual eager to contribute to our operations and grow with us.

Salary: $40,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle operational and technical aspects of multiple technical products.
  • Interpret manufacturing and process documentation, including schematics to support assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools and test/measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters.
  • Develop and implement training courses for technical products and services.
  • Conduct routine repair, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades of company products.
  • Assist in the formulation of standard repair and integration procedures.
  • Manage overall inventory integrity, supported by a part-time administrator.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or equivalent relevant experience (Engineering degree not required).
  • Proven background in technically related manufacturing or service industries.
  • Demonstrated MEP troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and signal generators.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, diagrams, and technical orders for assembly processes.
  • Basic computer skills for data input and summary reports.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid passport for any required company or government interactions.
  • Ability to work onsite; this position does not support remote work.
