We are searching for a Shift Electrician to join our client’s growing team.

Basic Functions:
  • Perform a wide variety of duties in the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in order to keep the facility operational in a continuous effort to improve reliability and safety.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Industrial Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting experience
  • Understanding of PLCs, Drives, motor controls, crane maintenance and water systems
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and Electrical schematics
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and has the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of electrical theory
  • Proven problem solving skills. Takes initiative and finds solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Electrical or Electronics Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Navy Nuclear Electrician's Mate or Electronics Technician experience
  • HMI Programming experience (Wonderware)
  • Overhead crane maintenance
  • Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
  • Experience with function block programming language
  • Experience with Controlnet interface
