We are seeking an Electrical Technical Manager to provide oversight, quality control, and technical leadership across multiple engineering initiatives. What You’ll Do:

As an Electrical Technical Manager, you will provide overall technical review, governance, and leadership across multiple projects within a defined market sector. You’ll ensure high-quality execution, consistent standards, and forward-thinking technical solutions across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical oversight and quality control across multiple engineering projects

  • Elevating overall technical execution and consistency

  • Developing and refining technical approaches for complex, mission-critical facilities

  • Collaborating with senior technical leaders to establish and maintain firmwide standards

  • Participating in expert and technical leadership groups

  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recruiting top technical professionals

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key technical vendors and partners

  • Driving technical excellence and subject matter leadership within the organization

  • Leading technical training initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts

  • Ensuring technical quality and sound engineering concepts on major projects

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance (QA) processes and best practices

  • Remaining actively involved in project delivery as a technical contributor

  • Authoring technical white papers and presenting at industry conferences

  • Using QA processes proactively to improve workflows, standards, and outcomes


What Are They Looking For:

This is a senior technical leadership role requiring deep electrical engineering expertise and a strong background in complex MEP consulting environments.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 12+ years of experience in an MEP consulting engineering firm

  • 10+ years of project management experience

  • 8+ years of supervisory or technical leadership experience

  • Healthcare project experience (required)

  • Experience across markets such as healthcare, federal, critical facilities, commercial, or aviation preferred

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with engineering challenges
