Electrical Superintendent

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Falling Creek, NC area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background involving mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects. Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience with mid-large Commercial projects (including Healthcare, Education, Multi-Use, Greenhouse, and other High-End projects) is a MUST

• Demonstrated experience managing Ground-Up and Installation Projects of over $2M is a MUST

• Experience with Construction Administration (e.g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 5-15 people) is a MUST
• Experience with medium voltage and low voltage wiring (g., HVAC, Fire Alarms, IDS, Security, or other IT uses) is a MUST

• Unlimited Electrical Contractor License in North Carolina and OSHA 30-hour certification is a BIG PLUS

• Experience with Power Distribution or Telecommunication High Voltage projects is a BIG PLUS

• Experience with BIM360, Procore, Primavera and Microsoft proficiency is a BIG PLUS
