Electrical Solutions Specialist - Sales

A residential service and upgrades contractor based in the Oakville area is currently looking to add an experienced home services sales professional to their team! The Electrical Solutions Specialist will be comfortable with both inside and outside sales, focusing on residential in-person and over the phone electrical home upgrades such as lighting, chargers, panel upgrades, generators and more! The Electrical Solutions Specialist is a key part of the team as this group continues to grow locally.

The Electrical Solutions Specialist will be entering residential homes with the purpose of selling the below service offerings:

- Residential Electrical Home Inspections (ERA)

- Electrical work which results from the ERA

- Service Upgrades/ Panel changes

- Generators

- Lighting Upgrades

- Smart Device installations

- EV Charging solutions

- Security Devices

- Renovations that require electrical work ie: Bathroom, kitchens

- Service Calls and other residential electrical solutions

Qualifications and Previous work Experience:

- A good understanding of all residential electrical systems, residential electrical products and issues that may arise from wiring.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule. (Daytime/Evenings)

- Previous in-home sales experience a definite asset

- An understanding of the Sales Process

- Work well in partnership with office Staff and field electricians

- Ability to compose and deliver public speaking engagements ie: Lunch/Learn, Real Estate office events, Probus and other Professional clubs.

- Knowledge of Power Point

- Comfortable meeting targets and filling out productivity reports

- Customer focused and driven to succeed in building the division

- Hold a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle

Salary expectations $100,000.00 first year (Salary + Commission).

Salary - $40,000.00

Commission – Expected $60,000.00 first year
