Electrical Project Manager - New Construction

A busy ICI Electrical Contractor in the Etobicoke / 401 area, is looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of project management methods on projects up to 5M electrically.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.

-Proficiency in using MS Office Products and MS Project applications.

-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Familiarity with Accubid a plus. This contactor is willing to train if needed.

Duties:

-Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

-Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

-Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay aligned with goals.

-Conduct quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

-Prepare regular status updates on project milestones and challenges.

-Control and monitor financial aspects of the projects.

-Facilitate meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
