  • Supervise and delegate work responsibilities of subordinates.
  • Manage time cards, and any disciplinary action as needed.
  • Provide quick response and assistance to electrical personnel.
  • Manage contractors and technicians utilized in maintenance or repair of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical equipment, components, & systems including PLC, Servo Motion, VFD’s and HMI.
  • Diagnose the root cause of electrical malfunctions.
  • Analyze failure of production equipment and take corrective & preventive actions.
  • Promote, practice, and enforce a safety and healthy work environment.
  • Keep electrical documentation and manuals organized.
  • Report progress on projects and daily issues.
  • Participation in Planned Maintenance system development and maintenance as it relates to electrical systems.
  • Identify critical electrical spare parts for new and existing equipment.
  • Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role.
  • Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy
  • Other duties as assigned
