Type: Permanent Full-time – Direct Hire via Client
Client: Renowned NETA Accredited Company
Travel: Up to 75%, primarily within residing province, but may be Canada-wide based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment upgrades, maintenance, testing, and commissioning for commercial, industrial, and utility clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through on-site interactions and identify service opportunities.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available before projects.
• Conduct on-site, hands-on work, provide project updates, and communicate milestones and issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and site quality standards.
• Complete technical reviews, generate reports, and support invoicing processes.
• Follow up with clients post-project and provide feedback on execution.
• Lead, mentor, and integrate junior employees into projects.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Field Electrical Technologist, Field Technician, Power System Electrician, or Electrical Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with breakers, switchgear, relays, transformers, and power delivery equipment.
• Trade or technical school certification required; PSE, CET, or NETA certification is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player with a positive, client-focused attitude.
