Electrical Estimator

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Garfield Heights, OH area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator with a background in Commercial and Industrial construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, annual bonuses, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Electrical Estimation experience on mid-large Commercial/ Industrial projects.

• Experience with Construction Administration duties including Labor/Material cost evaluation, interpreting blueprints, negotiation and proposal skills are a MUST

• Experience quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects is a MUST

• Experience with AutoCAD software and Accubid estimation software (or related) is a MUST

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Vocational School is a BIG PLUS
