Electrical Estimator - Hybrid

If you are looking to join an established electrical design build contactor that is offering the rare opportunity to work hybrid, 2-3 days a week from home, then this opportunity is for you! This Halton Hills area team is looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience and can hit the ground running with little to no supervision. This position will be supported by both a Chief Estimator and Senior Estimator and will also provide a clear growth for continued growth.

Requirements:

-Experience in Electrical Estimating. Accubid estimating experience will be an asset.

-Experience with ICI Design Build Projects

-Strong background with electrical systems

- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings

-Experience with take-off procedures and bid preparation

-Computer system background with Excel and Word is preferred

- Solicit supplier quotations

-Ability to speak directly with general contractors and suppliers

-Strong attention to detail, computer work and organizational skills
