Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer to work on-site with our client, a world-class Fortune-500 company in Healdsburg, CA.

Job Description:

  • Provide concepts, circuit analysis, and detailed design of electronic assemblies from product inception through final delivery to customer.
  • Write test procedures and overseeing testing, including preparation and presentation of design review material to customers and peers.
  • Guide subordinate engineers or technicians in development and test tasks.
  • Evaluate system performance, implement test plans and handle design documentation.
  • Perform electrical engineering tasks related to component selection, circuit noise analysis, packaging concepts, and testing.
  • Perform calculations, circuit simulation, tolerance analyses, and reliability analyses.
  • Assure full documentation in plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Provide technical leadership to subordinate engineers and technicians.
  • Provide work leadership for designers to prepare schematics, printed wiring boards, and assembly drawings.
  • Provide direction for technicians to build printed wiring assemblies and special test fixtures.
  • Assist in the establishment of milestone schedules for detailed tasks.
  • Perform to program schedules established by project engineers or program managers.
  • May contribute to technical proposals, including budget and schedule estimation.
  • Perform concept feasibility analyses.
  • Perform analog and digital circuit design.
  • Design or specify test equipment.
  • Participate in technical writing for plans, specifications, procedures, reports and proposals.


  • BS Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • 5 - 8 years of related experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing techniques.
  • Perform analog and digital circuit design.
  • Design, implement and use test equipment.
  • Strength in technical writing for plans, specifications, procedures, reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in improving a process or project.
  • High skill level with MS Office.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Configuration Management (CM).
