Our client needs an Electrical Engineer whose responsibilities include analyzing existing electrical designs and making cost-effective improvements,
conducting research, supporting our diagnostics team including training new hires. MUST ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
To be successful as a electrical engineer, this person should demonstrate strong leadership abilities and organizational skills. Will Use electrical software, the Electrical Engineer will design and develops electrical systems specifications for Hydraulic components and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Will Develop, review, update, modify, and electrical design for our capital equipment products including schematics and bill of materials.
Will collaborate with clients and other engineers, including mechanical engineers, to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Will maintain and improve existing engineering processes.
Must participate in conferences, events, networking and learning opportunities.
Drawing up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and related documents.
Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
Conducting research and development creating new sales opportunities
Work to ensure a safe, positive work environment.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

 Material handling equipment experience is a must.
 Professional Engineer License (PE) is desirable.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 Practical experience with CAD software.
 Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
 Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
 Discusses assignments with Engineering Manager
 Analyzes customer design proposal, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility of designs to select the best solution.
 Works with Electrical Engineers as appropriate to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish company goals
 Communicates with Engineering Manager, Project Engineer on project conflicts and issues
 Specifies system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
 Works with Purchasing and vendors to obtain needed parts
 Review and approve electrical engineering drawings, documentation, detailed instructions, and BOMs to be released to production.
 Provides and or review/approve electrical documentation and instructions to be released to customers
 Answers customer’s job-related questions to resolve the issues

Educational Required is a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or BSEET
