Lead complex electrical design projects, overseeing new product development, testing, and cost optimization across low- and medium-voltage motor control systems.

Design and improve products such as soft starters, VFDs, switchgear, and MCPs with focus on manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Manage 3rd-party engineering resources and review technical work from designers and junior engineers.

Develop and execute product testing, qualification, and UL certification processes (UL 347 / UL 508A).

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot, verify designs, and ensure smooth project execution.

Requires a BSEE (or equivalent), 10+ years of design or application engineering experience, and strong knowledge of power electronics, AutoCAD, and UL standards.
