Ecommerce Manager
- Take Ownership of and Lead day-to-day operational activities of ecomm mgmt
- Run creative an effective marketing and promotions calendar
- General updates to ecomm site
- Ensure the brand and its voice are properly represented across all creatives
- Create strategies and execution timelines as it relates to all responsibilities
- Procedural work flows for departments[
Position Responsibilities:
- Product listings,site merchandising and updates
- Imagery & Media (using in-house resources and/or 3p vendor oversight)
- Copy (3p vendor oversight) (Tech details provided in-house)
- Tagging products
- Ensuring all products go-live in a timely fashion
- QA products prior and post launch and associated touchpoints
- Inventory management (& planning)
- Sales, discounts and updates to customer touchpoints
- Customer Service [oversight]
- Verify order authenticity
- Process returns, refunds and restocks
- Mgmt and oversight of Virtual Customer Service Agent
- Addressing related high-level customer complaints
- Review customer reviews & feedback. Monthly reports [Yotpo / Sms Bump]
- Reply to customer questions on the website
- Provide insights and recommendations on operational and product optimizations
- Email Marketing
- Work and manage 3p Email Marketing agency
- Review and approve copy + graphics for product launches, sales, news, promos
- Update underperforming flows (welcome, branded, repeat buyer, abandoned cart, product)
- Design (baseline graphic design)
- Reporting
- Strategies to Increase email subscriber l list
- Sales Management [oversight]
- Weekly sales recap and reporting
- Work with 3p Ad Agency to track campaign spends and assoc documentation
- Inventory updates & forecasting
