Our client, a market Leader in Video Analytics is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in either Sofia, Budapest, or Bucharest covering the Balkans, Moldova, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, and the remaining CIS countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales growth in the region, by managing (and growing) an existing pipeline of opportunities with both Public and Private sector clients. You will be directly responsible for the successful closure of sales opportunities with our partner led business.

Key competencies:

  • Proven track record of selling complex security software solutions (ideally video analytics)
  • A thorough understanding of the current market trends/customer needs/latest technology
  • A minimum of 10 years’ Sales experience with 5 years selling into Eastern European clients
  • Strong contacts with System Integrators and other Partners in this region
  • Hunter Sales mindset, ability to win and close new business with a target of $1M+
  • Strong channel partner experience
  • Russian language skills are a definite plus

This is an individual, quota carrying role in a leading International Technology provider with significant growth potential. The successful candidate must be both self-motivated and a team player with a “can-do” attitude who is able to demonstrate a winning mentality, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent written and verbal English is a must and basic Russian language skills are essential.
