The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated EWP Sales Specialist to maintain and grow market presence across the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding regions. This is a field-based role requiring approximately 75% travel, including occasional overnight stays, to identify and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the industry with a strong technical knowledge of EWP sales and design within the Texas market. You’ll be tasked with driving growth, building relationships with builders and dealers, and making a significant impact on a region with a $12-14 million market, poised for expansion.
