The Role You Will Play
The EWP Sales Representative will manage a regional territory with responsibility for driving sales, strengthening relationships, and supporting customers across the dealer, builder, and contractor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a customer base of pro dealers, truss manufacturers, and builders.
- Provide product education, technical support, and field training to key accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive market share through solution-based selling.
- Partner with internal design, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in building materials or EWP sales.
- Strong understanding of engineered wood or structural framing systems preferred.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships across multiple channels.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and technically minded.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
- Employment subject to a standard non-compete agreement.
