We've partnered with a leading protein company is looking for a Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition. Reporting to the CEO, this executive role will oversee all sales, marketing and R&D functions while ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategy.

The successful candidate will

  • Manage daily operations including problem-solving in support of the Sales and R&D teams
  • Maximize and enhance profitability by developing and implementing strategic sales plans while managing key customer relationships.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, oversee competitive analysis, and drive product innovation in collaboration with R&D.
  • Focus on increasing sales with existing customers, securing new business opportunities, and drive innovation in both new and existing products.
