EVP Sales & Marketing in IN

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead and scale our revenue-generating efforts across eCommerce and direct mail channels. This executive will craft and execute a unified strategy that blends cutting-edge digital customer acquisition with our legacy strength in targeted direct mail campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid leader—steeped in performance-driven eCommerce while also appreciating the enduring power of traditional direct marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can drive measurable growth, build high-performing teams, and innovate across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.

    • Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams in digital marketing, direct mail, eCommerce operations, sales, and CRM.

    • Represent marketing and sales functions at the executive level, providing forecasts, performance insights, and growth plans.

  • eCommerce & Digital Marketing

    • Own the online customer journey from acquisition through retention, with full P&L accountability.

    • Drive digital revenue growth through SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, affiliate programs, and CRO.

    • Oversee platform development (Shopify, Magento, etc.), UX optimization, and eCommerce merchandising.

  • Direct Mail & Traditional Marketing

    • Leverage the company’s direct mail expertise to drive omnichannel performance.

    • Integrate offline campaigns with digital data to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI.

    • Analyze historical campaign performance and modernize direct mail execution with digital insights.

  • Sales & Customer Acquisition

    • Set aggressive revenue targets and manage outbound/inbound sales teams to meet or exceed them.

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance to align sales efforts with inventory and margin goals.

    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand reach and increase CLTV.

  • Data, Analytics & Technology

    • Build a data-centric culture, using customer insights and KPIs to inform strategy.

    • Drive marketing automation, CRM optimization, and data integration across digital and direct channels.

    • Partner with IT and product leaders to enhance technology infrastructure supporting personalization and segmentation.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in sales, marketing, and eCommerce.

  • Proven track record scaling eCommerce revenue and optimizing DTC funnels.

  • Deep experience with direct mail campaign management and customer database marketing.

  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Experience with full-funnel attribution modeling and A/B testing.

  • Strong communication, team-building, and executive presence.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
