Job Title: ETL/ELT Integration Development LEAD
Job Description:
This person will work with Insurance clients, and our Business and Data Analysts to gather data and analytics integration requirements, and then design and develop solutions to provide business insights and manage business performance. The person will be responsible for LEADING the ETL/ELT integration analysis, design and build for data warehouses, operational data stores, data lakes, data marts, and extending and implementing our inhouse data and analytics platform.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead ETL and ELT integration requirements, design and build planning and execution
- Create business and technical integration documents from which solutions will be designed.
- Help design new solutions by analyzing and interpreting clients' requirements.
- Perform the typical Capture, Ingest, Store, Validation, Analysis and Visualization processes.
- Lead data mapping between source and target systems and perform ETL or ELT processes.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining batch and real-time integration patterns.
- Design and development of the end-to-end error logging, checking and correction process
- Performance tuning the integration process.
- Defining and developing the integration process for conversion and historical load.
- Will have quality assurance responsibilities to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Lead/facilitate client and team meetings.
- Handle complex issues and problems and engage higher-level staff on risks and issues
- Acts a subject matter expert on integration methods, processes, and patterns
Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Attributes:
- Must have 3-5 Years Insurance (P&C or Life) integration project experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ETL experience designing integration patterns for data lakes, data warehouse, ODS, & data marts
- 6+ years SSIS, Azure Data Factory, JSON, XML Dataflow, experience.
- 6+ years of data profiling and data cleansing
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience leading 3+ others through the full development life-cycle
Annual Salary: MARKET based
