Summary
The Spanish-speaking Master's-level Clinician will provide comprehensive, culturally competent outpatient mental health services, including assessment and individual, couples, family, and group therapy in clinic and community settings.
Essential Functions
- Serve as a primary clinician for assigned members. Complete comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessment with clients. Determine health status and assess for risk—complete diagnosis. Engage clients and collaborate with the team to develop an integrated treatment (IT) plan. Identify services and other support required to enable the client to meet their goals. Develop written crisis management plans and share them bi-directionally with crisis mental health services.
- Link individuals and families to culturally and linguistically appropriate services in the community.
- Participate in training and supervision on identified Evidence-based practices (EBTs) and provide outpatient treatment consistent with these practices.
- Support assigned members through EBTs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Smoke-Free programs.
- Participate in training on data collection protocols and implement data collection tools with all members.
- Develop discharge plans for aftercare, as needed, for persons served upon meeting treatment goals.
- Coordinate home visits and maintain contact with clients' families as appropriate.
- Develop Integrated Treatment Plans, including treatment modalities and measurable goals, in partnership with the Person Served by the end of the second session.
- Provide coverage for caseload, including requests for urgent appointments during regularly scheduled hours and phone consultation after hours, as needed.
- Attend training as assigned; maintain necessary certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, HR/DPPC).
- Ensure that clients are treated with dignity and respect by the Company's Human Rights Policy. Adhere to all the Company Way principles.
- Attend and actively participate in supervision, teaming, and clinical rounds with the medical team.
- Perform all duties by the agency's policies and procedures. Follow agency Performance Standards.
- Complete all required documentation promptly.

Qualifications/Education/Experience
- MSW degree or MA in a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Two years of experience working within an outpatient setting.
- Full professional or native bilingual language fluency in Spanish with fluency in English.
- Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services.
- Competence in basic computer skills.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.

- Must have a valid driver's license and access to an automobile.
