We are working on a ERP Business Analyst position for our Columbus client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Perform business systems and process analysis of existing systems/processes. Conduct interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensure sign-off of all artifacts
• Develop detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definitions, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analyses
• Manage and escalate risks in regards to application design needed to meet business requirements
• Ensure changes are properly tested, communicated, scheduled, and released to minimize any impact to the business
• Develop and maintain documentation related to modifications to business applications

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with ERP systems
• Experience in streamlining business processes and workflows across multiple departments
• Knowledge of BI reporting tools
• Experience with implementing large-scale organizational, process, and system improvements
• Proven leadership abilities to delegate tasks across a distributed team
