We are looking for an ERP BI Analyst to work for our client, a leading organization seeking a data-driven professional to enhance their business intelligence and reporting capabilities within ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in ERP data analytics, reporting tools, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using ERP data to support decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyze ERP system data to identify trends and business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and optimize data solutions.
• Work with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools to develop real-time and ad-hoc reports.
• Support ERP system enhancements by analyzing business needs and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
• Assist with ERP system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting related to BI and reporting functions.
• Provide end-user training on BI tools and ERP reporting functionalities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ERP business intelligence and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data insights.
• Experience with finance, supply chain, or HR data within an ERP system is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
