ER Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Night Shift

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the largest heath care groups in the United States to assist them in recruiting a dedicated Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join their Level III Trauma Center in Hermitage, TN. In this leadership role, you will oversee emergency nursing care, coordinate unit operations, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting safety, efficiency, and compliance with best practices.

Position Highlights:

• Level III Trauma Center with 22 beds
• High-volume ER, treating up to 166 patients daily

• MediTech charting system (No prior experience required)

• Competitive pay: $34.24 - $45.75/hr
• Shift Differentials: $3.75/hr (Nights) $6.00/hr (Weekends)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or Compact State
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• ACLS & PALS certification (or obtained within 1 year)
• CPI certification (within 6 months)
• 3+ years of RN experience (Psych & ICU experience considered)
• 1+ year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Trauma & charge nurse experience preferred
