Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000

Manages day-to-day EMS operations, supervising shift managers and frontline execution.

• Supervise 3–4 Shift Managers.

• Ensure staffing coverage and operational execution.

• Handle daily escalations.

• Support hiring and onboarding.

• Enforce standards and performance metrics.
