EM Physician Leadership Role - Eastern Indiana

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a leadership role in the Emergency Department at a community hospital in East Indiana. This opportunity combines clinical practice with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while guiding a supportive, community-focused team.

Position Highlights:

• Leadership Role: Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
• Annual ED Volume: 8,400 visits
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours (no APC coverage)
• ED Beds: 10
• Hospital Beds: 15
• Acuity Level: Medium with a 15% admission rate
• Fast Track: No
• Trauma Level: Not designated
• Hospital Medicine Program: Not available

Requirements:

• Board Requirements: None (minimum 1 year of ED experience required)
• Accepted Specialties: Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Leadership Experience: Preferred, with strong administrative and communication skills
