EM Physician Leadership - Southern Indiana

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership opportunity that combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties. Providers will join a collaborative team in a fully accredited acute care facility offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services.

Position Highlights:

• Leadership Role: Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
• Annual ED Volume: 13,010 visits
• Daily Physician Coverage: 24 hours (no APC coverage)
• ED Beds: 11
• Hospital Beds: 25 (acute care)
• Hospital Medicine Program: In place for admissions
• Acuity Level: Low, with a 9% admission rate
• Fast Track: None
• Trauma Level: Not designated
• Facility Accreditation: Joint Commission & College of American Pathologists

Requirements:

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Leadership Experience: Preferred but not required; strong communication and administrative skills valued
