ELECTRICAL LEAD ENGINEER (PE)

Location: MINNEAPOLIS or ATLANTA

We are partnering with a leading international engineering and consulting firm with strong presence in industrial and energy sectors, currently expanding their team in the United States.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Lead Engineer (PE) with a solid background in industrial projects such as Advanced Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper, and Metals.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• +10 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – mandatory
• Strong expertise in power systems, LV/MV design, grounding and protection
• Experience with SKM, ETAP or similar tools
• Deep knowledge of IEEE, ANSI and National Electrical Safety Code

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities across multiple projects
• Act as main technical interface with clients
• Perform and review detailed engineering (calculations, specs, single line diagrams, etc.)
• Manage vendor technical coordination
• Guide and mentor junior engineers
• Drive technical decisions and propose optimal engineering solutions

Compensation

• 120k - 170k depending on the experience
