Our client, a civil rights organization, is looking for a candidate with Employer Identification Number (EIN) experience.
The EIN Administrator will assist the department with applying for and validating the EINs for all subordinate unites. IRS experience is a nice to have, along with the following duties:
- Execute the day-to-day administrative operations primarily related to the EIN project ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Serve as a liaison between the team members, team leadership, and the IRS fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records, including EIN database, and IRS legal documents.
- Support the team in validating EINs
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance to the team and members offering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Implement and enforce team policies and procedures to uphold standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting and IRS experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
