PURPOSE: The Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor will supervisor, train, develop, mentor, and track performance of the E&I Maintenance team at this integrated specialty Pulp & Paper operation in the Northwest. Privately owned company with expansion plans for the near future, and career development & growth opportunities. Need someone with a Supervising Electrical License or ability to obtain one within 3-months of start.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an important part of the staff, you will supervise skilled craft union employees in a dynamic team environment
Drive growth in safety
Manage mill electrical distribution systems, motors & motor controllers PLCs, DCS, and more
Manage the repair and replacement of in-kind and new of mill electrical systems.
Journey level Electrical Supervisor license (or ability to obtain within e-months)
Electrical Engineering degree with PE license
2+ years supervisory experience
Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing experience
