EDM Operator (Sinker / Wire)

1st Shift Monday–Thursday 5:30am–4:00pm

Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire an EDM Operator with sinker and/or wire experience for a precision machining environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with EDM or machining experience who enjoys working with detailed components in a job shop setting focused on quality and performance.

Position Overview

This role supports EDM machining operations used to produce complex aerospace components. You’ll work with engineered parts and advanced EDM equipment as part of a skilled manufacturing team.

Candidates should be comfortable supporting EDM setups, monitoring machine performance, verifying part quality, and working from technical drawings. This environment involves changing parts and fixtures rather than repetitive production.

Preferred Background

• Sinker EDM and/or Wire EDM experience preferred

• Machining or manufacturing background

• Comfortable using precision measuring tools

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
