We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Developer for an organization located in California! This role will drive complex data processing, improve automated systems, and design critical system modifications that drive organizational success! Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with executives, managers, and staff to identify and document complex business processes and conflicts.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, meetings, and process analysis.
• Research and present detailed business and technical specifications to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate Agile business meetings to create and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure cores systems to process eligibility, claims, authorizations, and case management.
• Design, test, and implement software systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Mentor and train members to foster cross-functional knowledge and redundancy.
  
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in an EDI role or similar analytical position within a structured IT environment
• Strong experience in data analysis, process improvement, technical documentation.
• Proficient in tools such as SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, MS Office and automation software.
• Experience with QNXT or Python is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is from $50 to $72 hourly, depending on experience.
