• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
• Very creative and innovative with F&B concepts and programming
• Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests
• Culturally sensitive, able to adapt to local culture and work-force
• Hands-on, very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service
