Executive Assistant / Event and Sales Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Executive Assistant / Event and Sales Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is, self-motivated, able to build relationships easily, and has a natural passion for sales and customer service.
Working within their family-run business, and the role means confidently working across all levels of the organisation while being supported to work independently, in an active and highly agile working environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support, including managing CRM databases and general administrative duties.
- Residential Sales Support: Assist with residential sales, including showing customers properties, following up on leads and liaison with building companies.
- Events & Promotions: Support events and promotional activities.
- Customer & Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers and the community, maintain marketing material and show room spaces.
- Support communications and social media.
- General administration support such as accounts payable data processing
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with guidance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and skilled in authentic relationship building
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite and file management
- Accuracy with data
- Innovative and proactive
Relevant Experience:
We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience in any of the following areas:
- Sales and marketing. Residential sales experience would be a bonus.
- Event planning and management
- Customer service and community engagement
- General sales experience
- CRM database management
- Social media and communications
Qualifications:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.
