Contract Administrator/ EA / Project Coordinator

Location: Whangarei (office)

Are you a switched-on experienced PA/EA/Administrator looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their team on a long term contract, starting immediately.

This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exciting project based in Dargaville, with the flexibility of working from their Whangarei office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Trust.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation.
  • Assist with reviewing agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met by tracking progress and maintaining records.
  • Draft and proof high-quality written communications.
  • Support stakeholders with clear and concise communication.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An experienced EA/PA/Administrator with strong organisational skills or.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation preparation skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and provide insights on agreements or contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Someone ready to hit the ground running and contribute immediately.

Contract Details:

Duration: Approximate 6 - 12mths (with potential for extension).

Start Date: ASAP.
