Summery: This position is responsible for overseeing the Company’s electronic commerce, web development & maintenance, and online sales activities.
Responsibilities: E-Commerce and Website Management
Execute E-commerce tactical plan and provide on-going oversight of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce business including vendor management, loyalty program management and supply chain coordination.
Conduct research and analyze data for e-commerce to identify new opportunities and insights.
Collaborate with global counterparts, marketing team members, and third-party business partners to establish an effective E-commerce platform.
Manage and maintain web platforms and recommend applicable updates and improvements to ensure satisfactory user experience and content compliance.
Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing communication teams to integrate content seamlessly with broader promotional initiatives.
Run DTC campaigns and promotional online activities to recruit fans as well as engage and retain loyalty among target audience by leveraging advertising, social media, E-mail, retargeting, and sustaining initiatives.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to determine the best products to promote, merchandise, and sell online.
Oversee fulfillment and logistical requirements to ensure customers receives the best experience in representation of the company brand.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve e-commerce business.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
More than three (3) years of e-commerce experience, preferably in snack foods or confectionaries.
