REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with e-commerce sales channels such as eBay/Amazon required
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internet, and web-based applications
• Ability to identify and understand issues and opportunities; compare data to draw conclusions
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities
• Accurate typing and/or data entry skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor sales and online inventory for Amazon, Ebay, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze products are selling and need replenishing
• Create online listings for new products using templates and copy for new product listings with keywords
• Follow up on any discrepancies or missing products
• Maintain inventory software and database, current online product listings, and ensuring accuracy
• Coordinate between internal staff members regarding shipments/inventory related issues
• Monitor merchandise pricing and outbound shipments to ensure delivery
• Instructing our offsite warehouse via e-mail and phone
