The Due Diligence Loan Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of all data and documents related to Due Diligence operations. Loan Fulfillment works closely with the internal Due Diligence Management team as well as external parties (clients, counterparties, vendors) to oversee the file delivery and receipt of all data and documents exchanged between the Due Diligence line of business and external parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Works with Transaction Management, Operation Managers, and Production Team to forecast for upcoming and current trades and volume to ensure all documentation received is downloaded and made available to the operations team in a timely manner
  • Manages SFTP and portal activity to ensure all new files uploaded from external parties are downloaded and communicated to team members
  • Assists team with file and report uploads to SFTP
  • Works with external parties to upload and download files to external sources
  • Analyzes functional requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve systems as it relates to the SFTP
  • Works with internal IT Department to create folders, access, and credentials for parties requiring access to the SFTP
  • Assists with development and testing phases of projects as needed
Required Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
  • Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Computer Skills: strong background with the use of computer programs used to manufacture or review mortgage loans and standard knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
  • Experience with data management and dashboard creation, including SQL, Tableau, query generation, MS Excel Pivot tables, etc.
