JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Driver Helper in Huntsville. Our client is a Lumber Supplier. The Driver Helper will support various tasks related to deliveries, excluding operating the company vehicle. Responsibilities will include assisting the driver with loading, unloading, guiding, handling paperwork, and other tasks as needed. The helper will also be expected to engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities of a Driver Helper include:

• Helping drivers with loading and unloading doors, windows, and construction materials
• Reviewing orders and paperwork to identify any discrepancies or errors
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

Job Requirements of a Driver Helper:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including loading, unloading, and securing heavy loads
• Frequent heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, walking, and standing
• Must be able to lift weights ranging from 25 lbs. to 200 lbs. or more
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy environments

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
