Role You Will Play:
As the Drafting Manager, you will take ownership of a team of 20 drafters - keeping the team on track and completing orders timely and up to quality standards. You will partner with multiple departments across the organization to ensure timelines are accurate, projects are able to be completed, and customers are satisfied. This role is looking for a mix of strong leadership qualities and technical understanding of the construction industry.
