Our client is searching for multiple Drafters to join their team with knowledge of using AutoCAD and basic 3D modeling to create drawings of buildings. Knowledge of building construction and the ability to read prints is essential. Additionally, this role interfaces with the ERP system to build and maintain Bills of Material (BoM) to create work orders.

• Interface with Sales personnel to develop initial prints from customer specifications, creating additional iterations based on customer and engineering feedback, ultimately providing a final design.
• Develop prints of production facilities for modification.
• Works closely with Integration, Electrical, and Engineering to verify print detail.
• Works closely with purchasing department regarding material options for project-specific requirements.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in mechanical and electrical drafting.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• 3D modeling experience using SolidWorks
