Role You Will Play:
Our client, a leading manufacturer and installer of products used in commercial construction is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Door Division Manager in their Mid-Atlantic region. Reporting to the President of the Mid-Atlantic office, this role presents a growth opportunity to expand their product line offerings into a new region. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in the commercial door/frame/hardware construction supply sector and will be responsible for hiring and providing hands-on leadership amongst the project management, estimating and sales team, instilling a collaborative team culture, driving the operational plan, growing market share, delivering world-class customer service and meeting the company's strategic objectives. Leadership experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware supply sector is required. Relocation considered!
