We are looking for a Division Controller to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assist in establishing and implementing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Analyze financial reports, determine cash flow forecast and develop new financial strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
• Collaborate and guide operational department leaders to ensure smooth process flow and accurate reporting output
• Ensure that all new business processes with financial impact are accounted for and recorded in accordance with the applicable accounting guidance
• Coordinate with management in financial analysis and planning operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of accounting experience with proven progressive responsibility
• CPA license preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching and developing team
• Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
