We are searching for a District Sales Manager to join our client’s growing team.

Basic Functions:
  • Responsible for marketing the company products in the assigned district
  • Establish annual sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve goals set with Division Sales Manager
  • Manage development of Builders, Non-Builder Accountants and National Account opportunities
  • Establish geographical markets and monitor the company's performance
  • Implement effective recruitment and execute cancellations of non-performing Builders
  • Establish plans with each Builder to improve market presence, quality of in-place products and public image
  • Tutor the distribution base on product utilization, quality, and perceived value in the marketplace
  • Promote attendance of Builders to all training opportunities, functions, and utilization of marketing programs
  • Work with Division Sales Manger to develop personalized training for self improvement
  • Territory responsibility: Western PA, Eastern OH, West Virginia (must live in territory)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Willing to drive and travel extensively when required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Metal Building Industry. This can be as an erector, project manager, building representative, or other related position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or Engineering is desirable
  • Effective computer skills
  • Strong leadership/interpersonal skills; developing relationships based on trust and respect
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time resources in an unsupervised atmosphere
